- Delaware

- Franklin
- Fulton
- Hamilton
- Herkimer
- Lewis
- Madison
- Montgomery
- Oneida
- Onondaga
- Oswego
- Otsego
- Schuyler
- Seneca
- Steuben
- Tioga
- Tompkins
- Warren
- Washington
- Yates
In Connecticut, two counties are now included the watch:
- Hartford
- Litchfield
Some of the storms could produce strong winds, frequent lightning, heavy rain, hail, and localized flash flooding. Isolated tornadoes are also possible.
